How do bundles work?
You pay for a bundle of tests upfront — 5 tests for Reading and Listening, 2 tests for Writing. After payment is confirmed, your tests are activated and you can take them whenever you like. There's no expiry.
How quickly are bundles activated?
Your bundle is activated automatically after Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within a minute. If there's any issue, email meraj@quizlounge.net and we'll sort it out promptly.
Can I buy multiple bundles?
Yes! You can buy as many bundles as you need. Each bundle is added to your account independently.
How accurate is the AI band score?
Our AI evaluates writing using the same 4 criteria Cambridge examiners use: Task Achievement, Coherence & Cohesion, Lexical Resource, and Grammatical Range & Accuracy. Reading and Listening scores follow the standard IELTS band conversion table.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If you haven't used any tests from your bundle, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Email meraj@quizlounge.net.
